Can I book only the arrival now and add the return later?

Yes. The arrival on its own is $79 VIP. If you add the return afterwards it is $79 as well, without the 5% discount — the discount only applies when both legs are confirmed together.

Is the return more expensive if my flight leaves at 4 a.m.?

No. Night and pre-dawn departures cost the same as a midday run. There is no surcharge on either leg at any hour.

What if we are seven or more people?

That is a van: VIP +$40 per leg on Bávaro. Tell us the passenger and suitcase count on WhatsApp and we quote the exact round-trip total before you commit.

What happens if our arrival flight is delayed?

Nothing changes. We track the flight number and the driver waits for the actual landing time. Waiting is included, and the round-trip price does not move.

Can the two legs be different vehicles?

Yes. Some guests arrive VIP and go home VIP, or arrive as a couple and leave with family. Tell us and we price each leg on its own tier, still with 5% off the combined price.

Do we pay everything up front?

No. You pay each driver at the end of that leg, in cash USD or by card. Booking both legs together only locks the price and the vehicle.

How the $150 is calculated

The combined price for both legs receives a 5% discount, then rounds to the nearest dollar: $150 VIP, per vehicle for 1–6 passengers, taxes included. Larger groups need a vehicle and luggage quote before booking.

The two legs, explained

Leg one is the arrival. Send us the flight number when you book and we track it, so a delayed or early landing does not cost you the car. After immigration and baggage you walk out into the arrivals hall and the driver is standing there with a printed sign showing your name. No calling, no app, no queue at the taxi curb. The car is yours only: straight out and 20 to 30 minutes up the road to your hotel.

Leg two is the departure. We recommend a lobby pickup 3 hours before your flight time from the Bávaro strip. That is our own operating advice, not an airline rule, and it covers the drive, resort checkout, the airline counter and security at PUJ, which bunch up in the late-morning and mid-afternoon waves. Give us the flight number and we confirm the exact pickup time in writing the day before. Villas and Los Corales addresses are registered with the community gate in advance.

How to book both legs

1WhatsApp us the hotel, both flight numbers, both dates and the party size.
2We reply with the written round-trip total and the recommended lobby pickup time for the return.
3Arrival day: the driver waits in the arrivals hall with your name on a sign.
4Departure day: the driver arrives early at the lobby and drives you straight to PUJ.
