Use Vivid in the reservation name: Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana and Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana are different hotels in another service zone. Send the full hotel confirmation with your arrival flight and luggage requirements. We assign this destination to our Cabeza de Toro pricing zone. Agree the reception drop-off before travel and the return meeting point separately; a general request for a Hyatt hotel in Punta Cana does not identify the correct property.
