Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa sits inside the Cap Cana enclave behind its own gate, a short run past the main entrance. The confusion on this one is not the door but the brand: Secrets Royal Beach is a different property in Bávaro, on the other side of the highway and on the $79 Bávaro rate, and guests regularly send us one name while holding a reservation for the other. Writing the full property name on WhatsApp settles it before the car is assigned, because the price and the route both change. Once that is clear the arrival is routine — the main Cap Cana post takes the guest name from the booking, the resort's own gate does the same, and the driver stops at the Secrets Cap Cana lobby. From PUJ the drive is 10 to 15 minutes.
The resort sits behind its own gate inside Cap Cana, a few minutes past the main enclave entrance.
