Tortuga Bay is the small villa property inside Puntacana Resort & Club, and it is the one address on this zone that genuinely needs preparation. There is no large signed hotel frontage: the villas sit on private lanes behind the marina and golf side of the estate, reached through a guarded entrance where the guest name is checked. Without the exact villa or the reception name on the driver's sheet, arrivals turn into a slow loop of identical lanes. We take the property name with the booking, register it at the post and stop at the Tortuga Bay reception, or at your villa if you give us the number. The run from PUJ is 10 to 15 minutes plus the internal stretch, and the rate is the $69 Village figure, not a Bávaro or Cap Cana one.
