Ocean Blue & Sand Beach Resort sits on the Arena Gorda beach and is reached through a guarded access road, where the guard on duty checks the booking name against the sheet before the barrier lifts. A driver without the exact property name can sit at the barrier while the guard works it out, so we register the full name with the booking in advance. The drive from PUJ is 25 to 35 minutes, running past the Bávaro turn-offs before reaching the Arena Gorda access road. Once through the gate the car goes directly to the Ocean Blue & Sand lobby rather than looping the internal road. Send the passenger and luggage count with the booking so the vehicle is sized correctly before you land.
