Arena Gorda to PUJ airport transfer

When we recommend leaving Arena Gorda

We recommend a lobby pickup 3 hours before your flight time out of Arena Gorda, our own advice from running this stretch daily rather than an airline rule. The strip sits between Bávaro and Macao and shares the same coastal road, so a resort event, a wedding convoy or simple midday traffic on that stretch can add ten minutes with no warning. The 25 to 35 minute drive is the easy part; checkout at these all-inclusive resorts, where several hundred guests leave on the same flight bank, is what tends to run long. The 3-hour buffer covers both that and the PUJ counter and security queues. For a group of six or more, or a Saturday changeover day, add 20 to 30 minutes and mention it when you book.

How the Arena Gorda pickup runs

1. 1Send us your resort, flight number, date and party size on WhatsApp.
2. 2We reply with the written price and the recommended lobby pickup time.
3. 3The driver arrives early and waits at the lobby entrance with your name.
4. 4Direct 25–35 minute drive to PUJ departures. No other passengers, no detours.

Resort gate and lobby pickup

The driver arrives before the agreed time and waits at the main lobby entrance with your name. Several Arena Gorda resorts share a single access road off the highway, so we build that shared-entrance delay into the pickup time rather than into your wait.

Luggage and bigger groups

All-inclusive checkouts here often mean full sets of matching luggage for a family. Tell us the case count with the passenger count and we send an SUV or van sized to take it all in one trip.

7–14 passengers ride in a passenger van: +$40 on VIP for this zone.

Night and early-morning departures

Pre-dawn and late-night departures are routine on this stretch and the price does not change for the hour. We confirm the exact pickup time the evening before by WhatsApp.
