Riu Palace Macao sits in the Macao RIU cluster, right next to Riu Republica, which is the pairing that causes most of the confusion on this route — the two properties are close enough that a driver working from a partial name can pull up at the wrong reception. We take the exact property name from the booking and confirm it in writing, so the car heads for the Palace lobby specifically rather than the VIP Riu next door. The run from PUJ is 30 to 40 minutes: highway most of the way, then the final stretch leaves the main road onto the dedicated Macao access road that serves this cluster. The guard at the cluster's security post checks the guest name and property against our booking sheet before letting the vehicle continue to the internal lobby roads. Send your flight details early since this is one of the longer runs from the airport.

Send your flight and destination. We confirm the pickup details. After collecting your bags, meet the driver with your name sign for a direct private journey.
In the PUJ arrivals hall with a name sign, then along the Macao access road to the Riu Palace Macao lobby specifically — not Riu Republica next door.
Arrange your departure from the same hotel or villa. Choose a round trip in the form to see the price for both journeys.
